Ingredients
- 300 g Flour
- 3 Egg
- 50 cl Milk
- 40 g Butter
- 1 sachet Vanilla sugar
Preparation
- Mix the flour with the eggs, vanilla sugar and melted butter until a homogeneous paste is obtained.
- Gradually add the milk while continuing to stir.
- The resulting paste should have the consistency of a slightly thick liquid.
- Optionally add rum or beer.
- Heat a frying pan and oil lightly if necessary. Pour in a ladleful of batter and cook over low heat.
