Ingredients


  • 300 g Flour
  • 3 Egg
  • 50 cl Milk
  • 40 g Butter
  • 1 sachet Vanilla sugar
Preparation


  • Mix the flour with the eggs, vanilla sugar and melted butter until a homogeneous paste is obtained.
  • Gradually add the milk while continuing to stir.
  • The resulting paste should have the consistency of a slightly thick liquid.
  • Optionally add rum or beer.
  • Heat a frying pan and oil lightly if necessary. Pour in a ladleful of batter and cook over low heat.
